In this Pad Thai Workshop, everyone had the opportunity to create their Pad Thai just the way they liked it. With guidance from our chef, participants customized their noodles with their favorite ingredients and spice levels, resulting in unique and delicious dishes that they were proud to make and enjoy. 🍜✨

It brings a smile to my face to see these aspiring chefs learning and growing through hands-on cooking classes. Teaching is truly something I love, and one of the most rewarding parts is seeing the smiles on their faces when they accomplish something they are proud of. Watching their confidence build in the kitchen and seeing their excitement as they create something with their own hands is incredibly special. 🍕

Delicious street tacos made with tender steak, fresh mango salsa, and a drizzle of crème fresh, served alongside a rich and delicious chocoflan for the perfect sweet finish!

Mother’s Day Brunch was such a wonderful and memorable experience at The Kitchen Classroom! 🌸
Our guests had fun creating Quiche Lorraine from scratch along with delicious blueberry lemon scones as part of their special brunch experience. After cooking, everyone enjoyed relaxing together with their choice of tea, refreshing orange juice, and a variety of sweet treats.
It was a beautiful way to celebrate Mother’s Day through food, creativity, and time spent together. 💕🥐☕️

In this hands-on adult cooking workshop, guests worked in teams of two as they practiced cutting, chopping, and creating creamy mushroom risotto completely from scratch. Each dish was finished with fresh microgreens and edible flowers, then plated alongside seared scallops.
A fun and flavorful night filled with laughter, learning, and restaurant-worthy creations!

It was wonderful hosting a Mother’s Day cake decorating event at Wealth Enhancement’s Brea office for some of their wonderful clients. Everyone had a great time getting creative with The Kitchen Classroom’s Edible Canvas Slice of Imagination cake decorating experience! 🌸🎂

We’re sorry you missed our amazing Disney Day class! Our aspiring chefs had a magical time creating copycat Cozy Cone-inspired mac & cheese topped with crispy bacon, along with a refreshing copycat Mango Island Swirl. It was such a delicious and fun-filled experience!
This class was just the beginning of an exciting 4 week series, but don’t worry — we still have many more fantastic weeks and culinary adventures ahead. We can’t wait to cook with you again soon!

What a fun week at our Culinary Chefs Club! These aspiring chefs rolled up their sleeves and learned all about pizza-making as they measured, mixed, kneaded, rolled, and created their very own delicious pizzas from start to finish.
