☀️ UPDATE: Clothing Exchange Rescheduled!

We’ve moved the clothing exchange to:
Sunday, April 19th at 3 PM
📍 Rec Plex – Pavilion B (by the blue park)

Good news is that it’s looking like a beautiful, sunny day with no rain 🙌

Most of what we have right now is kids sizes 5 and under + lots of adult clothing, so keep that in mind as you come shop!

I’ll continue accepting donations for a couple more days if anyone has anything they’d like to add in!

Shop, let the kids play at the park, and enjoy a lemonade stand while you’re there 🍋

Clothes are expensive and kids grow fast! This is such a simple way to help each other out.
Can’t wait to see everyone there!

We are still taking donations for kids and adult clothes for our community clothing exchange this weekend. We will be doing a giveaway for people who donate. We appreciate everyone who has already donated!! 💛

We’re accepting all sizes and styles, but would especially love more larger kids’ clothes to be able to best serve everyone.

We’re looking for people who would be interested in teaching a course at Lakeside Learning Co. 🤍

Do you have a skill or passion you’d love to pass down to others?

Sewing, quilting, canning, woodworking, survival skills, Ozarks nature courses—or anything else you love.

Our classes are simple:
• 6-week courses
• 2 hours, once a week
• Small, hands-on groups

We’re also flexible! Time and location can be tailored to fit the needs of each course, and details will be finalized once a class comes together.

If you’ve ever thought about teaching or sharing what you know, we would love to hear from you.

As you do your spring cleaning, consider donating gently used clothing to support our upcoming Community Clothing Exchange Fundraiser.

Your donations will help families refresh their wardrobes while supporting hands-on learning opportunities for local kids.

We’re so excited to host our first Lakeside Learning Co. Community Clothing Exchange Fundraiser on Sunday, April 12th from 3–6 PM at Rec Plex Pavilion B — right next to the park!

🛍 How it works:
Fill a Walmart or Target-size shopping bag for $10 per bag — and yes, you can fill multiple bags!

We’ll have kids clothing in all sizes as well as adult clothing, so there’s something for everyone.

🍪 We’ll also have a bake sale and lemonade stand set up during the event so you can grab a treat while you shop!

Bring the family, let the kids play at the park, enjoy something sweet, and refresh your closet at the same time. It’s the perfect Sunday afternoon outing while supporting a great cause.

We are accepting gently used kids and adult clothing donations, along with Walmart/Target bag donations, now through April 3rd.

Payments can be made the day of through our Stripe checkout link for easy giving.

All proceeds support Lakeside Learning Co., a local nonprofit providing hands-on, life-skill education for homeschool families.
