🏀 THE LAB HOOPER OF THE MONTH – JUNE 🏀

Congratulations to Charlie Moran, our June Hooper of the Month!

Over the last four months, Charlie has made tremendous progress in her development. She came to The Lab eager to learn the game and has worked consistently to build a strong foundation. Through her dedication, focus, and willingness to be coached, she has gone from learning the basics to confidently mastering fundamental skills and beginning to sprint into the more advanced aspects of basketball.

What stands out most about Charlie is her work ethic. She shows up ready to learn, embraces challenges, and continues to push herself every session. Her growth is a great reminder that development happens when effort meets consistency.

We are incredibly proud of the strides she has made and can’t wait to see what the next chapter of her basketball journey looks like.

Keep working, Charlie—the best is yet to come! 💙🏀

The time was put in!

Congratulations to Maddy Grenon on her commitment to UMass Dartmouth! 🎉🏀

Maddy has been a part of The Lab family for the past 3 years and has been one of our original athletes from the very beginning. Through countless workouts, skill sessions, and hours in the gym, she consistently showed up, put in the work, and trusted the process.

What makes this accomplishment so special isn’t just the commitment itself—it’s the dedication, consistency, and perseverance that got her here. Maddy has been a tremendous example of what can happen when talent meets hard work.

We’re incredibly proud of the young woman, student, athlete, and leader she has become, and we’re excited to watch her continue her journey at UMass Dartmouth.

But the work doesn’t stop here.

A college commitment isn’t the finish line—it’s the beginning of a new chapter. The same habits, discipline, and work ethic that got Maddy to this moment will be needed as she prepares for the next level. New challenges, new goals, and new opportunities await, and we know she’ll attack them the same way she always has: one workout, one practice, and one day at a time.

Thank you for allowing The Lab to be a small part of your story, Maddy. We can’t wait to see what’s next.

The commitment is earned.
The opportunity is earned.
Now the work continues.

🔵⚪️ Congratulations, Maddy! ⚪️🔵

Today marked our final Homeschool Hoops class of the school year, and we wrapped things up the best way possible—with basketball and an ice cream party! 🍨

A huge thank you to our incredible families for trusting us with your athletes each week. Watching these kids grow in confidence, skill, friendships, and their love for the game has been one of the highlights of our year.

Shoutout to our Homeschool Hoops crew:

🏀 Salah
🏀 Noella
🏀 Wes
🏀 Atticus
🏀 Esai
🏀 Noah (not pictured)

These athletes were amazing this year. They showed up ready to learn, worked hard, supported one another, and made every class fun.

And an even bigger thank you to the parents who made it all possible. Your support, encouragement, consistency, and commitment throughout the year helped create such a positive environment for these athletes to learn and grow. We truly appreciate you being part of The Lab family.

We’ll be taking a break for the summer, but Homeschool Hoops will be back in August, and we can’t wait to pick up right where we left off!

Have a great summer, everyone! ☀️🏀

Building confidence one rep at a time. 💪🏀

Every drill has a purpose.
Every correction has a reason.
Every session is an opportunity to get 1% better.

Small Group Training isn’t just about basketball skills—it’s about learning how to compete, communicate, and push through challenges alongside teammates who share the same goals.

The work isn’t always glamorous, but the results show up when it matters most.

HOOPER OF THE MONTH 🏀

Brayden Mahon earned it this month with his effort, consistency, and willingness to compete every time he steps on the court. He shows up ready to work, pushes himself to get better, and it’s paying off.

Keep building. This is just the start. 💪
