Dust Devil Heart

Singer-songwriter duo with big hearted lyrics and close harmonies. Dust Devil Heart is an indie folk singer-songwriter duo based in Branford, CT.

At the core of DDH are two women (Holley Anderson and Elise Morrison) who both write songs, sing close vocal harmonies, and play acoustic guitar and electric bass. They are sometimes joined by a pedal steel player (Spencer Luckey) and other collaborators on strings and percussion. They have just recorded their first album of original songs, titled Dwell Time, produced by Steve Rodgers in Hamden, C

Hey Friends of DDH! We will be playing this Saturday at 2pm at the loveliest backyard in all of Hamden: at Chuck Paul's Family Summer Concert Series. We have the honor of kicking off this summer's series of free, awesome music with the inestimable, charming, and talented Steve Rodgers, so this is really going to be a treat. The weather is looking to be outstanding, so: Bring lawn chairs, bring snacks, bring kids (we will contribute a couple!), and DDH will bring you a batch of big hearted songs from our in progress second album!
