At the end of 2025, Belvedere Builders says goodbye to someone who has truly been the heartbeat behind the scenes — Nancy Seymour, who is officially retiring after 7 incredible years with our company.
Nancy has been the quiet force that kept our custom homes, office operations, and day-to-day details running smoothly. From coordinating schedules to supporting our team and subcontractors, she handled it all with grace, patience, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

If you’ve ever worked with Nancy, you’ve likely heard her favorite phrase:
✨ “What can I do for you to make your day easier?”
And she meant it — every single time.
Nancy will be deeply missed by the entire Belvedere Builders family and by all of the subcontractors who passed through our office over the years. Her dedication, kindness, and heart for service left a lasting mark on our company.
We are incredibly grateful for everything you’ve done, Nancy, and we wish you a retirement filled with joy, relaxation, and well-deserved adventures. 💐
