Here at Xpedeus, some of our favorite Christmas lights in the office are those provided by phones in our provisioning center being prepared for install. We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Given the circumstances, we think that we can borrow Timex's iconic "Takes a Licking and Keeps on Ticking" phrase and apply it to our phone service. The picture below is of a phone placed in service over five years ago at one of our customer's machine shops. It never stopped working or had problems. It made its way back to our NOC when the customer relocated and upgraded services with us. Are you ready for business VOIP service this reliable?

Hurricane Irma passed across the entire State of Florida last week leaving a path of destruction that was epic in scale. We at Xpedeus are very grateful that our families, friends and clients are all safe with minimal property damage. However, the fiscal damage to Florida businesses is still being calculated. With network and utility service disruptions being common, we would like to point out that none of our data centers went down and all of our clients had service available. If that wasn't your experience, then perhaps it is time to talk to us.

This week we celebrate 241 years of independence. Let's make sure we never take it for granted and are always thankful to God for it!
