Overnight (12-hour shifts)
Overnight Weekend (8-hour shifts)
Weekend (6-hour and 8-hour shifts)
Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Armed Security Officers to join our team in the Jackson Metro Area. This role requires a high level of professionalism and commitment to safety and security. If you have prior experience carrying a firearm and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol assigned areas on foot or via vehicle to ensure safety and security.
Provide exceptional customer service and perform general security duties.
Use proper communication skills for radio and telephone interactions.
Prepare detailed daily activity reports, Incident Reports, Offense Reports, Fire Reports, etc.
Maintain appearance and equipment to meet professional standards.
Requirements:

Experience carrying a firearm is essential.
Must possess a Security Guard Permit or Concealed Carry License.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related security field.
Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Must pass a background check and drug test.
Knowledge of security and criminal investigation methods.
Integrity, honesty, and the ability to interact effectively with the public.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to prepare and understand written materials, such as Incident Reports.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Skill in organizing multiple tasks and maintaining workflow.
Maintain professional working relationships with co-workers.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to climb, push, stand, hear, walk, reach, grasp, kneel, stoop, and perform repetitive motions.
Must have good balance and coordination.
Capable of exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently.
Requires close visual acuity for data analysis, computer use, and extensive reading.
May require physical force to resolve emergency situations.
Training and Qualifications:

Quarterly firearm qualifications and firearm safety training required.
Completion of an additional 40 hours of yearly training, including active shooter response, CPR/First Aid, de-escalation, and other relevant categories.

Looking for experienced Armed security officer. Min of 2 yrs exp. Must own their own weapon, having training and security guard or enhanced carry license.
The following positions are available :
**Part time Thursday through Sunday overnights (4 Hours A Night) Must Be able to walk for up to 30 minutes at a time
**Part time a Thursday through a Sunday evenings (Starting at 3PM) Must have ability to walk up and down stairs, and Stand for up to 30 minutes at a time
**Full Time Alternating Weekends OFF Evenings (Starting at 3 and 4 PM) Must have ability to Walk up and Down Stairs, and Stand for up to 30 minutes at a time
**Full Time Alternating Weekends Off Overnights (Starting at 11pm and Midnight) Must have ability to walk up and down stairs, walk for at least 25 minutes at a time and stand for 30 minutes at a time. Must have Security Guard License
**Full Time Alternating Weekends OFF Days (Starting at 8 am) Must have Experience Dealing with the Public
**Part time Saturday and Sunday 12 hour day shifts Must have Report Writing Experience and Ability to work alone
**Part time 4 hour overnight shifts Thursday through Sunday. Must have de-escalation training, and ability to stand for up to 4 hours without a break
**Part time 3 and 4 hour shifts evenings starting at 4 weekends and weekdays available Must have ability to focus on details and walk for up to 30 minutes at a time

All Positions Require that you are e able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
