One of the most common questions families ask is how to start the (sometimes difficult) conversation about body changes with their kids.

📚 Puberty is Gross But Also Really Awesome is one of our favorite book to suggest on the topic. It’s inclusive, science-based (with sources!), and written in a way that pre-teens can really understand. It covers a wide range of topics and makes it easier to open up those important (and sometimes awkward) conversations as a family.
