Say hello to Ryan, our VP!

In the late 90s, Ryan began doing repair work and upgrades for himself and a few friends. For most of the 2000s, he performed residential computer repair but became more intrigued with cybersecurity.

Since joining Upton Technologies in 2010, he has focused on helping companies grow their cybersecurity posture.

Ryan holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, as well as numerous industry certifications.

Brent Upton has been in the information technology industry for over 20 years. He holds a bachelor's degree in computing and information systems from Mississippi College and certifications from various IT vendors and organizations. Like many IT professionals, Brent started working in the helpdesk at an ISP in the late 90s.

His career progressed as he became an IT consultant at an MSP in 2003 and later founded Upton Technologies, LLC., in 2005. His goal has always been simple: Serve your clients and employees to the best of your ability.
