Ay yi yi…….I have never dinged a company on Facebook but after a decade plus of paying VORTEX SECURITY at my businesses and home I needed customer service. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH TGE SAME ISSUES SINCE FEBRUARY 22
VORTEX’S ANSWER TO PROVIDING ANY SERVICE ilIS TO NEVER RETURN A CALL AND NEVER PROVIDE SERVICE. JUST PERMANENT HOLD. BE WARNED their answer to try to get service was to visit their office ……in JUPITER FL. I am in Tampa Bay

As a Florida insurance agent and agency owner this is information every homeowner needs to know. Especially with these storms. The companies will keep denying or ripping off insureds by altering damage reports and misrepresenting/offering claim payment betting the client WILL NOT fight and so they keep money that is due to the insured. Fraud and breach of contract! If a policy premium payment is not received the insurance company will react and cancel you, especially here in hurricane alley but they do not pay legitimate claims and the State of Florida does not help regulate the insurance companies and make them honor their contracts.
