🏈 Tailgate season started a little early at REA!

Today's companywide meeting was all about teamwork, connection, and a little friendly competition as we celebrated the Hall of Fame Game with a tailgate-themed gathering. From potluck favorites and game-day snacks to fun activities and important company updates, our team came together to share great food, great conversations, and even better company.

A big thank you to everyone who brought a dish, participated in the games, and helped make the event such a success. We're proud to work alongside people who know how to balance hard work with a little fun.

One of the things we hear most often from our nonprofit partners is how much injured workers contribute to their organizations and communities while participating in Transition2Work®.

These opportunities create meaningful outcomes for everyone involved. Nonprofits receive support for their missions, and volunteers have the chance to stay engaged, build confidence, and continue making a difference during their recovery.

We are grateful for the nonprofit partners who make these experiences possible and for the positive impact they help create in communities every day.

Today, our team celebrated with hot dogs, plenty of goodies, and a few strong opinions on what belongs on a hot dog.

The hot dogs were a hit, but the real debate was all about the toppings.

Yesterday, our team celebrated Be a Kid Again Day with a little friendly fun and a lot of laughter! 🎉

Whether it was creating sidewalk chalk art, flying kites, mastering a hula hoop, or chasing bubbles through the air, everyone had a chance to step away from their daily routines and embrace their inner kid.

Moments like these help strengthen the connections that make our team special. We believe that investing in our people and creating opportunities for fun supports a positive workplace culture where everyone can thrive.

Our Account Manager, Andrea Harlow, recently volunteered with House N2 Home, helping clean, organize, and furnish an apartment for a family starting their next chapter.

Each step helped create a space that feels comfortable, welcoming, and ready to be lived in. A few hours of support can go a long way in helping families move forward.

🧘‍♀️ Celebrating International Yoga Day 🧘‍♂️

Today, we took time to pause, stretch, and recharge in honor of International Yoga Day. Our team spent the afternoon participating in a series of yoga sessions, an energizing, relaxing, and refreshing way to step away from our screens and focus on well-being.

A special thank you to Lisa Kennedy from Divine Harmony Yoga & Holistic Healing for leading such a wonderful experience. We loved sharing this time together and embracing the benefits of mindfulness and movement as a team!
