I'm back, and with a vengeance! So, I've been laying low for the past year and a half working through cancer treatment. By the Grace of God I'm now free. It's time to totally commit to Op. Prop. and leave the arena of chasing paychecks behind. Let's just say I have a totally new perspective. After 4 years of challenges the dream of returning to production hand controls allowing people with little or no use of their legs to fly and even fly commercially is about to become a reality in the next 90 days. So many great things to report but for now check out the A.O.P.A. article about the regional fly-in this past weekend. We were invited to the event and at the last minute (actually 30 minutes prior) asked to make a presentation at the kickoff breakfast Saturday morning. To be a small part of making Dreams Come True for others is so incredible. Enjoy and stay tuned. Much more to come. https://www.aopa.org/news-and-media/all-news/2018/october/27/celebrating-the-aviation-life

Good morning to all of our pilots, co-pilots, and Op P.R.O.P. supporters! Allison hereπŸ™‹πŸ½ (Linwood's favorite daughter). We are less than two weeks away from our next event on the MS. Gulf Coast. I can't wait to see you all. This picture honoring the incredible this stellar female pilot reminded me of One of my fondest childhood memories where I was cast as the one and only Amelia Earhart in my first grade play. Thanks to my dad, our nightly living room rehearsals and his awesome flying gear, I probably should've won an Oscar for my line. πŸŽ¬πŸ†πŸ˜πŸ˜Ž We love to celebrate the gift of flying with all who love it. Hope you'll join us May 21st at Stennis Airport for flying, skydiving, and more smiling than your cheeks are ready for! It's going to be a GREAT DAY!

ATTENTION: We NEED Volunteer Pilots!
Saturday May 21st from 10am to 2pm Operation PROP (People Reaching Outrageous Potential) will hold the 2nd Annual Flying Event at Stennis International Airport in Kiln. Ms. We serve Wounded Service Men and Women and others with disabilities at our events with a flight, opportunities to participate in wheelchair sports on site and other activities. There will be all inclusive activities for children as well all at NO COST to our guests. Warren Cleary (Skydiver Extraordinaire) will jump at the event and we are working to provide tandem jumps Saturday after the event. We strongly believe an introduction to the numerous opportunities involving Aviation can absolutely change and even save lives of those struggling with challenges as well as our able bodied guests. As Aviators we know full well how empowering the gift of flight can be.

As this is a 2nd annual event we are expecting the numbers of those we serve to be greater than last year. Thus, we are reaching out to even more pilots to volunteer to fly for us at the event. Historically we get a lot of media coverage shedding a very positive light on General Aviation. This year we are encouraging private aircraft owners and Corporate aircraft to be a part of this life changing event. Please help us by emailing or calling Linwood Nooe 601-624-4400 [email protected] . Please forward this to anyone you know who may be interested.
