Last week was my portfolio show to share with people from the industry my work and yesterday I graduated college with an associates of applied science degree in Digital media technology. These past two years have been a crazy ride but I couldn’t have done it with out my family, friends (new and old) and my professors. Not to sure where this life will lead me but I’m ready for the ride!

Here's a picture from last semester that I took for my magazine. The photo was featured in the product spread that talked about sustainable shopping. Many of you who know me know that I'm a big advocate of buying used clothes. The model (my brother) is dressed head to toe in thrifted clothing featured in the magazine.
Thank you to for helping me with lighting and lending me a lens, and my brother Matthew for modeling me!

The most nerve-racking part of putting my magazine together. Cutting, folding, then binding (in this case stapling).

I just finished up this project yesterday, and love the way it turned out. I actually started this concept last semester but wasn't in love with how it turned out.
For this project, we had to create a box. I was to develop a company and make a box their product would come in. I wanted to do something that could be sold locally and outside of the state. An icon of Sioux Falls and everyone else would know was our pal, the statue of David. And that’s where Davids Seltzers came to be.
I wanted the box packaging to be fun, modern, and colorful. I imagine the boxes to be recycled cardboard and the images of the fruit be stamped into the cardboard. I went the extra mile with this project and created the cans.
last slide is is how it started.... Yikes right?
