One of our most decked out boathouses to date!🚤💨

We put in over 1500 ft² of decking over the brand new seawall installation, and redesigned the existing boathouse & revamped that boat lift! AND THEN created this totally personalized & incredibly stacked boathouse next to it from the ground up!💪🏼

Started with a new slab, added custom cabinets, and architectural masonry around the front & sides! Completed this masterpiece with a built in grill & appliances, granite & stainless steel counter tops, with stainless steel sinks, and finished with individually trimmed-in posts & beams, and this BEAUTIFUL, custom ceiling! As well as adding a new boat lift! All of the paint & demolition work included!🔨🔨🔨

New and improved pool deck for the Northbay Homeowners Association!⛱️

Customized with functional and aesthetic privacy skirting below. And check out those beautifully-crafted spindle handrails while you're at it!👀
We also fully repaired the foundation for the pool deck so it is ready for lots more fun in the sun!☀️

All demolition work to remove the old deck and gazebo included! Thank you to our wonderful customers!🔨

Another custom boathouse in Northwind! Personalized with exposed framing and handcrafted, decorative rafter tails!🤩

Complete with finger piers on either side, an electric boat lift, and metal roofing!🔨
