On 3/22 a bundle of mineral wool (firestopping) was $29.00. Yesterday I purchased a bundle from the same vendor and the price was $54.85. Unfortunately costs are skyrocketing.

A little decking.

Two Dri-Eaz Defendair 500 air scrubbers will provide clean air during future interior renovation projects. These units use 3 stage HEPA filtration to filter particles down to 3 microns. Each unit can clean 2400 square feet per hour.

Another design to finish bathroom on a new construction job.

Shower demolition and rebuild.

HPC Inc. originally built this deck in Waltham, for the homeowner in the early 2000s. He wanted the decking built around the trees to offer shade. Per the homeowner's desire to keep the the natural effect, we have since returned to the property to make adjustments to the decking to enlarge the holes for the trees to continue healthy growth.

In conjunction with a local excavation team and local framer, we executed this kitchen addition which doubled the size of the original kitchen. The addition was designed by a Duxbury architect. The kitchen layout was designed by homeowners in collaboration with a kitchen design center with whom we work regularly.
