I’d like to officially introduce myself. I’m Christina, owner of The Threading Spa.

My parents started this business in 2007 with one small kiosk. I joined as a cashier at that very kiosk, so going from those early days to now owning and operating The Threading Spa has been an incredible journey.

A fun fact you may not know: we were the very first threading salon in Massachusetts malls. 💁🏽‍♀️

What started as a leap of faith has grown into a multi-location trusted brand serving the Greater Boston area for nearly 20 years. Along the way, we’ve built an incredible team and a loyal client community I’m deeply grateful for.

As the daughter of immigrant parents, I grew up watching what it takes to build something from the ground up. The hard work, sacrifice, and showing up every single day. That shaped so much of who I am, and it’s something I carry with me always.

I’m also a Reiki Master ✨ and while that part of me is personal, it’s deeply connected to how I approach this business.

What we offer may start with brows, but to me, it’s always been about more than the service itself.

From the moment you walk into the salon, whether you’re catching up with your brow artist, taking a quiet moment for yourself, or stepping away from the chaos of everyday life for just 10 minutes, I’ve always wanted The Threading Spa to feel like a place you can exhale.

A place where you feel cared for, comfortable, confident, and heard.

That intention lives in so much of what happens behind the scenes, even if you don’t always see it. My hope is that you feel it every time you’re with us.

As we approach our 20th anniversary, that intention feels more important than ever. My goal is to continue building spaces rooted in care for our clients, our team, and one another. How we make people feel will always matter just as much as the service itself.

We’re always evolving, but staying true to what got us here will always be at the heart of everything we do.
