Did you know you can easily index your adjusters to any angle after they are on the bike?
Pro motocross testing and R&D are always ongoing, but adding a legend like to the mix at an excellent facility like and it just doesn’t get any better! Testing went great, putting the Blackjack Complete Forks and National Shock to the test. As Chad requested specific changes, the boys made refinements, and he would just go faster. 🏁
Coming this Fall: Speed Bleed Valves for Blackjack & Raven cartridges. This robust 5mm design has 2 pistons in each valve which bleeds air out but won’t let air in. Our current fork caps are being redesigned for precise fitment while maintaining a low profile design.
This is National shock clevis for Austrian bikes in the making. The chips are flying so you can do the same in your moto.

Izzy and and some of the MXT crew raced at for
Izzy got 5th in womans, while Jeremy finished 5th in 50A on the day.
The 85cc has the MXT 85 PDS National shock installed on the bike. If you swipe to the end, there is another girl over in Michigan that runs the same setup, and word is she is passing a lot of boys.

We wanted to share a little history before the next round of pro-motocross. Everyone saw the battle when and fought for the lead.
Rewinding the tape, Jeremy acted as the primary suspension tech of CARD for Cobra 65cc dirt bikes. At the time he developed both hardware and settings for the OEM to help in part with secondary tuners. Here is photo of one of Lance’s bikes that remains in storage to this day at the MX-Tech HQ. As the story goes, Jeremy also developed settings for Haiden too… But an OEM vs. Motodad fallout meant the suspension never hit the track.
We also hope to see back at the races too. Swipe to see the photo of Chase on his 2011 YZ85. We were there when he won his only 85cc title!
The riders moved on and ultimately we focused on suspension development for big bikes. To the contrary of some recent podcasts and other claims about suspension not evolving, our suspension continues to excel in ways our customers have come to appreciate – And we are stoked for that. Having said that, we have developed a National shock for Austrian bikes and these new kids are showing some exciting results. The plan to develop forks and fork cartridges are currently in process.
