Mobile apps, carrier websites, and policy billing will all transition to Liberty Mutual. There will be website redirects in place so rest assured you will get where you need to go.

What does NOT change as a Safeco policyholder?

Policy numbers & coverages, login credentials, existing claims and assigned claims adjusters will all remain the same after this transition.
