Volume up for sounds of human laughter, bird song, early spring runoff, and rolling thunder.

The winter lineup features three fresh offerings that were roasted for the season.

Winter Solstice has classic coffee characteristics with subtle nuance-the result of an uncommonly sourced coffee from Karnataka, India. It’s bodied, nutty, and has earthy undertones that remind us of black tea.

First Chair is a sweet and deep blend. A washed Peruvian lends to easy-drinking and the honey process Costa Rican sweetens the longer it sits in your thermos.

Nicaragua Segovia is beautifully balanced. In a French Press our roasting teams taste chocolate and spice. From a pour over, a sweet aftertaste like cara cara oranges.
