The birthday class from a few weeks ago. I’m now 40 so I am moving into embracing not giving a crap about what others might think of my expressiveness and intensity. Oula has always allowed me to feel safe letting these qualities shine bright and I’m so grateful it exists and I get to teach it and dance with other expressive beings.

The Oula ladies minus a few key players who had “better” summer plans than our backyard potluck.
