This space hasn’t always been the pub you know today.

It began as the Baxter Café, where founder Eugene Graf served fresh-baked goods and coffee to the Bozeman community.

By the 1960s, it had transformed into Bacchus Pub, yet much of its original character remains. Guests still gather beneath the German monk heads, surrounded by Nemadji tiles and rich, dark wood beams that have defined the space for nearly a century.
