It’s time to say goodbye 👋🏻 (for now at least). 2025, the year of the snake (shedding) and a 9 year - a cycle of endings and completions. Interesting to note that I had my business for 9 years. I have nothing more to give this business but I have postponed writing this post for months. Because it felt scary to publicly declare it and have no idea what is next. But I can’t hold on to maybe and what ifs if I want to make room for something new to grow. So I release with trust that the next steps will appear. I want to thank every brave soul that I got to capture with my camera, it was truly and honor and something I will cherish for the rest of my life 💕I’m ready for my wise woman era where I shed and become even more of myself. Have you met Lisa? She taught me so much about getting into my body and out of my head. About the messiness of being human, allowing all to be here, to move through your body, to give it a way out, an expression, without judgement. I’ve held so much in my body, stuffed so much down, creating dis-ease in my body. Last Sunday I went to Lisa’s new offering .mvmt and let my body express everything that wanted to come up. And I got the message that my body is not my enemy. There is so much freedom in a practice like this, to give yourself permission, to not care how it looks or if you are doing right, just moving, expressing and letting go. So dear one, did you dance today? Did you move your body? Did you express yourself? 🫀🫶
