We're brewing up a small batch of a New England IPA with Australian tropical hops and a bit of some floral French hops. Brettanomyces claussenii- A wild yeast that provides a mild 'Brett' character with notes of tropical fruit and pineapple

Belgian Schelde Ale- A classic, complex Belgian flavor profile can be expected from this East Flanders yeast strain.

Berliner Weisse Blend- A mix of yeasts and lactobacillus will provide a genuine Berliner Weiss after a recommended 3-6 months of aging.
