Commonform is currently looking for a Production Technician + Showroom Associate to join our team part-time (20–30 hours/week).

We’re looking for someone creative, dependable, detail-oriented, and excited to work in both our jewelry production studio and showroom environment. Ideal availability includes Thursday, Friday, and Saturday afternoons/evenings when needed for showroom shifts.

Starting pay is $20/hour.

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, patient, and loves connecting with people and enjoys being an important part of a small creative team.

As a Production Technician and Showroom Associate, you will play a crucial role in our jewelry production process, creating and finishing jewelry pieces, as well as helping manage the customer experience and direct sales in our showroom.

The right candidate will be friendly and professional, helping us to build and maintain the quality standards of our brand. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented, self-motivated personality that enjoys taking ownership of their work and has high standards of quality and aesthetics.
