MSU Writing Center

We’re open for Summer 2022 from May 13 - August 5 and we’re ready to help with any student writing from personal statements to papers. Schedule an appointment now.

The Writing Center is open with walk-in tutoring available until 7:30 pm today, tomorrow from 9am-6pm, and Thursday from 9am-3pm. We can help with anything from a final papers and presentations to a cover letter and resume for a summer job.

As you get those final papers finished up, keep Tia's advice in mind! Getting someone new to look over your writing can be helpful both for beginning drafts and polishing up those final drafts. “Don’t be afraid to ask people for their opinions… the more diverse a group, the more likely it will translate into something good.” -Tia Doney, Film Major

Did you know we have a Whiteboard Wordle in our Romney Hall 207 Writing Center? We also have walk-in tutoring in Romney. Come work with a tutor and make a guess! We’ll post the solutions here.
