New Wave Float Therapy

Hey Gang!

It’s with a lot of love and also sadness that we announce New Wave Float Therapy is closing.

We opened 4 and a half years ago with a passion to bring floating to Bozeman. While, we met some challenges (a pandemic anyone?!?), we enjoyed abundance in that we got to meet all of YOU! New Wave was the brain child of Chris- and when he met Breezy- we together created New Wave Float Therapy. It’s been an amazing experience to do this as a couple- our family and our lives have changed so much in the last 5 years!

We are closing our doors with our final floats on June 25th.
We invite anyone with gift certificates to please come in and utilize them before our pods are gone. Our members are so valued- you will receive a separate email as too how this will affect you.

Thank you to Matthew Paine, for taking a chance and letting us- unknown to him at the time- open up in Ferguson Farms, back when there was only two buildings.

Thank you to our employees- you took great care of our clients, held space while they floated, and made our lives more colorful.

The biggest thank you goes to our clients. Whether you were trying floating because you heard about it on a podcast, or you were dealing with chronic pain, we truly enjoyed getting to know each and everyone of you. We valued your trust and confidence in us and sincerely appreciate you!

Our space will continue to be a place for healing and self improvement- just through a different avenue. The new owners are excited to share with you when they are ready.

There are lights inside the pod, that you control. So you can float in complete darkness, or watch the cycling of the colored lights.
Some choose to have silence for the duration of their float, others have music for all or part of the time. Our DREAMSCAPES meditations (available as an add-on) are designed specifically for the float environment.

The holiday season has officially arrived! One of my favorite things to do this time of year is decorate. Chris gets a little annoyed with me with my haphazard light hanging- but I just love it so. Making things feel extra special. New Wave will always have a minimalist vibe- so I have to tone it down here. But next time you’re in, you’ll know it was Breezy adding a little festive touch here and there.

This time of year, many of our clients are feeling anxious about many things. Dealing with family, the stress of money when it comings you shopping, a whole new 🦠 variant to deal with, and a more packed schedule.

But the good news is… we can handle it. All of it. Whether it’s zooming out and looking at the big picture. Giving yourself permission to say no to things that aren’t worthy of stressing about. Spending less money and focusing on spending more time. And taking the time to take care of you first.

That’s where New Wave comes in! With 60 minutes all to yourself, imagine how much can be gained by unplugging. The stress melts away, you have space to focus, and you can truly relax.

As has been our tradition since we opened our doors back in 2017- We are offering free floats to Veterans and Active Duty Military.

On Friday, Nov 12th, we are closing down New Wave to the public to offer FREE 60 minute float sessions to any Active Duty Military or Veteran and their families. Float Therapy is relatively new, however studies are showing significant improvements in dealing with anxiety, depression, and PTSD with regular floating. We are here to support those who may still be grieving, who may still face challenges. It’s not a lot, but it’s the least we can do here at New Wave.
