On the Rise Bakery has been passionate about creating artisan breads in Bozeman since 1997. All of our bread is naturally leavened with a desem starter we lovingly call our Mother. Our starter has been in continuous use for almost 30 years now (it even predates the bakery!). All of the flours and grains for our naturally leavened loaves are Montana grown. At On the Rise, we seek to bring our customers a loaf that is as beautiful to behold as it is to taste.

Today we have raspberry matcha stuffed croissants! A classic flavor pairing. For those of you who don’t know what matcha is, it’s a Japanese green tea. It’s a very popular drink now a days but it’s well known for its health benefits. We occasionally make our chantilly and Bundt cakes with this flavor. Come on in and give it a try. It’s delicious 🤤
