Compass Musical Theater

Finally, we say goodbye to Gianna Carlson.

Gianna made her stage debut when she was 7 with Front Porch Musical Theater in MN, performing in 10 shows before moving to Montana. Here in Bozeman Gianna has performed with Compass, the Verge, Kaleidoscope, and the Children’s Shakespeare Society. She will be attending MSU in the fall majoring in K-8 education with a minor in music.

Our next senior is David Juliano! He’ll be playing Tevye in our performances of Fiddler on the Roof JR!

David has been immersed in theater throughout his high school career, starting with a number of Shakespeare plays before moving to Compass Musical Theater for his final two years. Outside of rehearsals, his high school years have been packed with skiing and studying, and have led him to MSU, where he will start pursuing Industrial Engineering next fall. He is deeply grateful for his time at Compass and the people he got to spend it with, and he looks forward to cheering from the audience in all their future shows.

We will miss you David!

We have three seniors who will be performing their last show with Compass this weekend! First up we have Olivia Woodward!

“Olivia Woodward is a recent high school graduate looking forward to starting college this fall.
She’s been in all of Compass Musical Theater’s official plays for her age so far, including Seussical Jr, Cinderella Youth Edition, Godspell Jr, Beauty and the Beast Jr, and Aladdin Jr. She appreciates all the love and support Compass has given her through the years.”

Olivia we are going to miss you so much!

Compass Musical Theater will be performing A Year with Frog and Toad Kids for our younger students ages 7-13 this winter/spring. Based on the whimsical books by Arnold Lobel this musical is so much fun! Rehearsals start in January and performances will be April 17-19. We have a few spots left!
