📢 PSA: 5 Days left to have Mark’s before they close for the season. 🍔 Also, National Cheeseburger Day was Monday so it’s fitting to get one this week before it’s too late!

I had Mark’s when we listed in July and again tonight moving our clients personal items out (although tonight was not tailgate picnic weather); it was a nice bookend to the deal & the summer! 🍃🍂

P.S. For the GF humans like me - they do lettuce wraps for grilled chicken or burgers!

UNDER CONTRACT & CLEAR TO CLOSE! 💥 We’ve been under contract for awhile; but getting through contingencies was a battle on this one… with several deals I’ve had this year I’ve learned that HAVING THE RIGHT LENDER MATTERS. 😅 I’m thankful for cooperative and patient sellers, buyers, and agents all around. Teamwork makes the dream work!

[Fall 2019] Thowback to my first out-of-the-box real estate marketing tactic.. Staging with UNICORNS 🦄😂

In late 2019 we had two listings that weren’t moving - even with price reductions. Pre-2020 it was a different world in real estate. Now, neither of these homes would last a day on the market here in Gallatin Valley without offers. We were brainstorming ways to get eyes (and offers) on the homes when we somehow landed on this. 😅

Every time my phone memories remind me of this I laugh. It’s just one of those things that just gets funnier with time. (And we did receive an offer on / close both properties shortly after we shot these photos so hey, unconventional as it may be, it worked!)✨

Accurate depiction of my reaction when the broker for my 2:30 showing called to tell me there was no key in the lockbox… AND the back-up lockbox was gone! 😳
With more showings this afternoon… I jetted over to Livingston ASAP.

Things I didn’t realize I was getting into when I got my real estate license: B&E’s (aka Breaking & Entering - It doesn’t count if you have permission right?!) 😂 I’ve gotten surprisingly good at them over the years in real estate… thanks to 10 years of gymnastics, some climbing, and a little mischief… I’m small, agile, and well trained to scale your house, swing through a window, I’m even learning to pick locks for situations like these. 😅

So if you need a Realtor that will LITERALLY do whatever it takes… give me a call! 😉
