🌾 Hiring Farm & Barn Help

Good, reliable help is hard to find so I’m putting this out there.

Rust & Clover Ranch is currently looking for 1-2 people reliable, dependable, hardworking individuals to help with daily operations around the farm and barns here.

This is real, hands-on outdoor work, including:
• Feeding and caring for animals 🐄
• Cleaning and maintaining stalls
• Fence repair and upkeep
• Light repairs and general property maintenance

Some days are calm, some are busy but every day is honest work.

✅ What we’re looking for:
• Strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Reliability—show up when you say you will

Experience in farming, fencing, construction, or mechanical work is a big plus.

We pay $80/hour because we value people who show up, work hard, and take pride in what they do. If you do the job right, you’ll be respected and paid fairly & simple as that.
