Our general hours are 12-8pm Monday through Friday. The live sales team and other sales member roles can be later. Import nights can have very late hours. Freezes and hurricanes are all hands on deck and could require weekends or long hours (have to save the plants 😅) we like to just get this out there so applicants have all info up front

Positions:

-OPERATIONS MANAGER:
•your the boss please have manger and operational experience
•plant experience would be great too but I can teach that

-OFFICE ADMIN/ manager
•this role is more in charge of the sales team and client interactions, also the back up to the operations manager
•customer service experience a must
•Google Sheets, excel, all those programs experience a must.
•fast typing preferred
•shopify experience preferred (this role uploads website)

-LIVE STREAM PRODUCTION
•you are the back end of the live streams, handling input, what plants come up next etc
•ability to learn all plants and pricing a must! If you already know that’s even better

-LIVE STREAM SALES PERSON
•you are the entertainment 🥳 must be able to bring the fun to a large online audience.
•plant knowledge much preferred or be willing to learn all plants and the market

-PART TIME PACKING
•Sunday and Monday 12-8pm
•pack plants and listen to music

Please please be qualified for the role you are applying to. For the management roles I am no longer willing to train management. I will train our company and plants but you must bring skills required for the roles with you. Honestly if I can learn from you that would be even better!

looking insane again! Weird fact about these guys. They tend to not variegate in cold weather and their existing variegation dulls out. Seeing a similar thing with my gloriosum albos just not as extreme. Anyone else noticing this??

A little green plus some extra colors for A small group of the we produced this year. Variegated are my personal favorite project we work on here at NWE. They are definitely my passion project! What’s your plant passion projects???
