The Ketelsen ranch has been a part of this community for over 107 years and we are proud to give you the opportunity to purchase beef that was practically raised in your own back yard for an affordable price (the average price for a cut of meat at Walmart is $8.88 per pound.)
$3.75/lb hanging weight
The beef will be sold in quarters, halves and wholes (pre-orders will be cut to your preference ie. steaks, roasts, ribs, hamburger etc.)

Butcher dates are in May, June and July (when the grass is green and the cattle are fat and happy.)
