Today is the day the lord has made, we shall rejoice and be glad in it!!
Because we couldn’t invite everyone due to space purposes all week I have been hesitant with even sharing it. But today GOD put it on my heart to share it ANYWAY.
While we still have lots of work to do over Flavorture] to ensure that we consistently provide unequivocal service and top notch food, and I decided to rip the bandaid off and allow people to celebrate this journey with us.
If you know anything about our merger and partnership you’d know that nothing has been a easy journey but through GOD and constant prayer, we have accomplished more then we ever imagined in less then 2 years.
- 7 figure catering company ✅
- Multi Million 💰 government contracts ✅
- Food truck ✅
- Provide employment opportunities to returning citizens ✅
- Partner with local organizations to help provide resources to those in our unsheltered communities ✅
And now…..today we will officially be able to check off yet another accomplishment…
- Open our very first restaurant and be the only black owned and operated restaurant in our neighborhood!! ✅
To say that I am proud is an understatement, to say that it has been easy is an understatement BUT through it all GOD has been consistently showed his presence at every “breaking point” to let us know we are on the right track.
So to you I say, on this day, Dream often and dream big because DREAMS DO COME TRUE!!
Shoutout to all of our family, friends and amazing supporters that have been with us on our culinary takeover. We appreciate each and everyone of you!!

Through it all I continue to smile because I KNOW better. For every loss, there is a story, for every win, there is an experience. I’m grateful for both the Wins and the losses. I’m grateful for everyone that has supported, posted, recommended and patronized. The support in the middle of a pandemic was REAL.

Three years ago today I decided it was time to trust GOD and bet on MAC! Not gonna lie I couldn’t have imagined doing some of the things I’ve done, places I’ve gone and relationships that I’ve built all thru food! I’m blessed to have people in my corner that believe in me sometimes more then I believe in myself. I’m thankful everyday that I get a chance to play by MY OWN rules 100% of the time. This path has by far been filled with both struggle and triumph, tears and-smiles, highs and lows, big wins and major losses. But I wouldn’t trade it for the world because this legacy is and always will be bigger then just me. Shoutout to everyone who’s been rocking with me since . Still a lot of work to do, a lot of goals to accomplish, new skills to acquire but TODAY, I’m patting myself on the back because I’m SUPER PROUD of myself for doing what some said I’d never do 🤷🏽♂️. 🥂
