TPI wishes everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!

Last month we were lucky enough to have most TPI Employees in one room for our Annual Company Meeting. Our meeting was very informative, and we had the opportunity to learn about each other’s personalities by taking and discussing the Enneagram.

A huge thank you to these guys for representing TPI in the American Parkinson Disease Association Golf Tournament Fundraiser last week!

You can see the green tail sprocket, ready to be installed, is sitting on the concrete apron.

Also notice the rolling assembly frames supporting the sections. These frames are level and straight which allows the conveyors sections to be assembled level and straight.

This makes for a long lasting, low maintenance conveyor. Not to mention, that it makes installation go quicker.

This conveyor is in the process of having the drive installed before it gets shipped to the job site.

Below are two drag conveyors that were recently installed that we designed and fabricated at TPI Engineered Systems.

These particular conveyors are handling wood chips, but we design for any material that can be conveyed.

Our conveyors are designed for heavy duty service, long life, and low maintenance. We do this with heavier housings, terminals, and flights plus use premium components like chains, drives and sprockets.

There are less costly conveyors on the market, but we are not interested in building light-duty, disposable conveyors.

Notice that one of these drag conveyors is straight and the other is what is called “L-Path”.

We also do “S-Path” drag conveyors too.
