While so much attention is given to preparing for birth and baby, the mother’s recovery and well-being deserve just as much care and intention. Postpartum planning is about honoring this tender season with support, nourishment, rest, and realistic expectations. In this class, we’ll focus on caring for the new mom — physically, emotionally, and practically so she feels held, prepared, and empowered as she steps into motherhood. Because when a mother is supported, the whole family thrives!

Birth is not just a physical experience, it’s deeply mental and emotional too. In this session, we’ll dive into the power of birth affirmations and how intentional language can help reduce fear, increase confidence, and create a sense of peace going into labor. Together, we’ll practice affirmations, discuss how to use them during pregnancy and birth, and help you build a mindset rooted in trust and strength. You deserve to feel calm, capable, and supported. 🤍

This month in our doula group, we’re focusing on setting intentional business goals for the new year. The kind that support sustainability, boundaries, and alignment, not burnout.

We’ll reflect on the past year, talk honestly about what felt nourishing (and what didn’t), and create gentle, realistic intentions for the year ahead. These intentions are for YOU.
