Here’s what a Community Table Kitchen Gift Card provides:

A cup of coffee, a snack, or a Bridge House Brownie and a quiet (year-round) space to enjoy all of them at the Boulder JCC.

A reprieve from the stove with take-and-bake favorites, marketplace essentials, crowd-pleasing platters, World Cup Soccer watch-party bites, and more.

And most importantly, an opportunity for a formerly homeless adult to gain marketable, hireable skills — and take the next step toward stability and independence.

This week we hosted a department luncheon in our front room event space to celebrate new leadership and a birthday.

We served a plated classic wedge salad with surf and turf proteins-- handmade crab cakes with tarter sauce and perfectly cooked fillet-- topped with Chef John's house-made blue cheese dressing and candied maple bacon, and a dairy-free tomato vinaigrette option.

Fried Rice. Let me count the ways… 🍚🔥

• Quick dinner that tastes like you tried way harder than you did
• Lunch tomorrow (if it lasts that long)
• Comfort food with a little crispy edge
• Side dish… or let’s be honest, the whole meal
• Dress it up with shrimp, chicken, tofu—or keep it perfectly simple
• Straight from the pan, standing at the counter? We won’t judge

Our Take and Bake Fried Rice = ready when you are. Heat it up. Make it yours. Repeat as needed.

Smoked salmon… but skip the bagel and capers.

We’re mixing it with dill crème fraîche and serving it in crisp cones—because your passed apps should be as fun as your guest list.
