A very special grand opening for an incredible project.

We’re excited to celebrate the completion and grand opening of The Grove at Cottonwood, an affordable, IDD-inclusive housing community in Broomfield.

This project was designed around a simple, but important idea: everyone deserves a home and a community where they can feel supported, connected, independent, and welcome.

For individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, access to affordable housing that thoughtfully considers different sensory, social, accessibility, and daily-living needs remains far too limited. The Grove at Cottonwood represents an important step toward changing that—creating housing that is inclusive by design and provides opportunities for residents to live more independently while being part of a connected community.

We’re incredibly grateful to Broomfield Housing Alliance for the opportunity to help bring this vision to life, and to the entire team whose collaboration, expertise, and commitment made this project possible.
