This July 27–29, I'm organizing a 3-day workshop in Tokyo with Russell Stolzoff, a Rolfing Advanced Instructor based in Seattle.

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of presenting a webinar for participants joining from Taiwan. 🌏

I wasn't sure what to expect — connecting across distance, across language, across bodies we can't yet touch. But something beautiful happened. The questions were deep. The curiosity was alive. We explored together what it means to listen to the body through the lens of Rolfing.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, opened up, and stayed curious with me. This felt like the beginning of something.
