Irrigation Tech for small landscaping company located in Boulder, CO
We are a full service landscaping company.
Must be able to read/write and speak English.
You will assist be installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and monitoring all aspects of irrigation systems - mostly residential.

This position also has an option to do a plow route in winter time as long as they live in Boulder, CO.

Requirements:

Valid drivers license and clean MVR
Improve irrigation systems by accurately and timely completing repairs
Good communication with Customers and management
Map out areas for irrigation installation to be able to properly estimate.
Dig trenches and install pipes and lines.
Install pumps and electrical timers
Conduct routine maintenance checks
Tests complete irrigation systems for the proper functioning of valves and timers
Locates, excavates, and repairs or replaces damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
Assist in irrigation startups, service calls, and winterizations
Maintain 24-hour on call status during snow season
Special duties and projects assigned as needed

Experience/Certifications:

Previous residential irrigation assembly experience
Irrigation Troubleshooting and Repair
Previous field experience within landscape industry (maintenance or construction)
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Removal & installation of landscape beds, walkways, etc..
Excavation, grading soil
Installing landscape based on landscape design (residential)
Install softscape, hardscape and plantings and irrigation
Requirements

Driving record and license in good standing.
Be able to work 5 days per week
Good attitude and able to follow directions
Bi-lingual is helpful but not required
Legally authorized to work in the United States, we participate in E-Verify.
Ability to work safely, in hot, cold, dry, or wet weather up to 10 hours per day.
5 years+ as landscape/hardscape crew with the ability to perform all physical aspects of the job, including planting, irrigation, assisting with builds, and worksite setup/tear down
Experience in all phases of residential landscaping in Colorado, from demolition to installation, reading design plans and job specs, measuring and grading surfaces. Knowledge of construction using stone, wood, metal, and/or concrete a huge plus.
Working experience with irrigation, lighting, outdoor living spaces, fire pits, fireplaces.
Comfortable with responsibility of handling landscaping equipment, vehicles - a clean Colorado driver's license is required and experience with trucks and pulling trailers is required.- Reliable form of transportation to work every day and a working cell phone.

Pay: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour

Designing new systems or design changes in current system experience would be helpful.

Fulltime postion - Pay is based on experience.

Looking for someone who has 3-5 years experience.

Must have valid driver's license and transportation to work.

You need to be able to be insured by our insurance company - if we cannot insure you we cannot offer you employment for this position.

Must be reliable - and I mean reliable - that means being able to be given a schedule and actually keep it. Show up every day to work and do the job.

Pay is flexible based on experience - range from 17.50 - 25.00
