Yates, Brockett join Morzel, Jones on Boulder City Council Two incumbents and three candidates supported by Open Boulder were leading Tuesday night in the race for five open seats on the Boulder City Council. And a third incumbent, Tim Plass, appeared headed for an ouster, as he was ranked eighth in the total voting for the five seats.
