Food Rescue Alliance is a space for collective learning and resource sharing for food rescues and grassroots food access organizations across the country, but most of our work happens at workshops. Rootable was at the Health Symposium

We had the honor to present our Rootable at the Colorado Health Foundation Symposium in July in collaboration with Denver Food Rescue and Food to Power. We were able to connect with other organizers across Colorado who are responding to our current crisis by creating at-home delivery programs, but do not have the data secure software they need to keep their communities safe. We made great connections and hope that more organizations will be able to use the software as they continue their work in their communities. In addition, we recently added Trackers to Rootable, which allows staff members to “track” a subset of shifts, which could include anything from collecting specific reports for a grant to understanding a volunteer’s impact.
