Dear Center Stream Pilates Community,

As advocates of health and wellness we are supporting the CDC’s recommendations for social distancing by suspending classes in the studio for the next week. *

You can still arrange private sessions with your instructors if you have not travelled in the past 14 days, have not been exposed to persons with flu symptoms and feel that you’re in good health as well. The studio is honoring our instructors’ choices on their availably.

It’s difficult to recognize the need for proactive measures when we all feel well, but it will be even more difficult to see our community and our loved ones become sick. We have a chance to be proactive leaders in the fight for public health. Let’s do this!

We’re looking into ways to support our community with virtual Pilates classes. We’ll be in touch with details as soon as we have it up and rolling!

We hope that the COVID-19 containment will happen sooner than later. In the meantime, take your Pilates strength outside and enjoy the sunshine!
