PS1000 Ohlins forks, Dual Ohlins rear shocks, SC1000 aluminum spoked wheels, Brembo radial RCS pumps for clutch & brake, Termignoni stainless steel slip on exhaust, as well as other old Ducati Performance bits from the period like the leather tank cover and luggage set. Just in for some maintenance loving and fresh set of Michelin Power 6 tires to keep it gripping the road.

More in-shop photos of the 749RS built for to ride at the Barber Vintage Motorcycle Festival hosted by AHRMA. Such an absolutely incredible piece of “vintage” ducati racing machinery. That hurts a bit to say but hard to think these things came out over 20 years ago now 👴 however, old pony clearly still has some tricks to bag another 1st place finish in the Pro Challenge ridden by Stefano Mesa. V4R foggy in for a full Akrapovic install and some ultra lightweight BST carbon fiber 5 spoke wheels. These things just sound extra spicy 🌶️ Always kind of comical what these bikes look like when you’re doing a full system install. Not really much left behind but a frame, engine and swingarm. The 5 spoke wheels are an awesome touch for the Foggy styled livery. 🤌

Originally from Las Vegas, NV. Josh moved out to Boulder a few years ago to be closer to the mountains. When he’s not wrenching on motorcycles you’ll find him at the race track competing in the local supermoto races. Josh has experience with multiple brands in his career so far but has decided to specialize and focus in on the Ducati brand of motorbikes. We think he found the right place. Glad to have you, Josh!

749RS down from atop the office for a full going through and refurbish prior to its unleashing down at Barber for the vintage festival where it took 1st place in its class. Leading by a mind-numbing 9 seconds with aboard! Showing that just because it’s old, doesn’t mean it isn’t still competitive. Sprinkled with just the right amount of modern touches such as a Ride-by-wire conversion and full electronics suite by Mick Boasman @ Bike Sport Developments.

This MHE900 is coming out of a storage hibernation after changing owners. Since the bike had been sitting for about 18 years, it needed everything. First we started with a fresh pair of batteries. Yes, pair. Fuel system was completely gummed and seized so that got a full revitalization with new pump, quick disconnects, fuel injectors cleaned and it pretty much popped right off.

Got the rest of the bike serviced and up to date on its records with things like belts, fluids, throttle body sync, tires, new chain, etc. Gave it a quick running on the dyno and it’s ready to go home! 2600km 😳
