Collective support and advocacy are essential to achieving gender parity in the workplace. And it all starts with having a voice.
Our very own Cheryl Stookes had the honor of speaking at MicrosoftCanada’s International Women’s Day event 2024, alongside Kalsang Tanzin and Dina P.
In her presentation, Cheryl used Dolly Parton as a symbol of grit and ambition, encouraging women to pursue their dreams and ambitions. Championing the need for fairness in the workplace, called on women and allies alike to create a network of support to empower and uplift one another.
