Can you guess where we are? Hint* They call it the Tar Heel State! Ms. Krystal from the Library took us with her on vacation and we are having a blast. Got coffee this morning. We got to go backstage at a play with Ms. Krystal’s great nephew.

The last two days in Pensacola we have done several interesting things. We went to an old fort from the Civil War. Interesting things is even though we are in the South the first we went to - Fort Pickens - was a Union Fort. It is in the Gulf Islands National Seashore which is miles and miles of beautiful seashore along the barrier island. The sand here is super white and soft! We went to some friends Air BnB and went down to the beach and watched the sunset and played in the sand. Today we went back to the beach, but on the Pensacola boardwalk this time. We rented some chairs and an umbrella and spent several hours reading and watching the waves. It was pretty windy and some dark clouds rolled in but it never did rain. Watched another sunset from a different place. Now we are off to bed and heading home tomorrow! Can't wait to see all my friends when I get home :).

Saturday night I went to a wedding! It was really neat to see them get married. What a happy day! And the reception was so much fun!! Lots of dancing, telling stories, and laughing. We even had glow sticks!

Today I went on a dolphin cruise!! Dolphins are so interesting. We saw Mama's with babies! And we heard the Mama's talk to the babies! It was a sharp whistle sound. We also saw pelicans which are great big birds that carry sea water and fish in their really big bill. The boat ride was fun! And I got wet from the sea water. Did you know sea water is salty? The ocean is full of marine life. And so many birds share the water with them. I bet you can find a bunch of books in the library about marine life. Maybe one could be read for story hour!

Yesterday was so much fun! I went to Pensacola Beach for some sun and sand. Ate lunch with a frog. Went to the Edward Ball nature trail where we walked through a swamp in hopes of seeing an alligator --- we didn't see one but we saw some turtles! Does the library have a book about an alligator? Or turtles? You should read some! Oh!! And I met Elmo who was on a really fun colorful bus! I'm kind of hard to see among all those colors but if you look hard you can see me!

Last night at 5 Sister's Blue's Cafe! I love learning history!

I'm on a trip with some friends to a wedding in Pensacola Florida! We came a few days early and staying a few days after because none of us have ever been here before. We just got here yesterday and so far it seems like a really nice place. We didn't get in until late afternoon so went downtown and ate at a famous soul food place that hosts lots of music - they are part of the Blues Trail and lots of old time famous Blues musicians have been here. Unfortunately, Tuesday is one of 2 nights a week they don't have music! Today we are going to the beach! Yippee!!!

Look what I got to do on Saturday! Got to go to a Montana Grizzlies football game. GO GRIZ!

The stadium was very big and cool! And it got verrrrry loud sometimes. The Griz won! Whew, didn't look like they were going to for a while, but they did the job.

Next I want to go to a Montana Bobcats game! I support all Montana teams, especially the Boulder Panthers!!!

Charlie and Woodstock went to the zoo today and had tons of fun. Theu saw a lot of cool animals. Even saw another Steve the sloth
