Just completed in the fall of 2020, Tungsten Village brings much needed affordable housing to Nederland. The 26 unit apartment building was designed in partnership with Boulder County Housing Authority to fit carefully into the small mountain community.
Boulder Housing Partners opened the wait list for the first 40 unit building at 30PRL last week. It filled up immediately and there is a huge waitlist! Glad folks love the new project and want to live there. However, this also highlights the strident need for affordable housing in Boulder. Kudos to BHP for meeting a huge community need. https://boulderhousing.org/

We are so excited to start seeing residents at 0 Diagonal. The community areas are ready for Covid safe activities and the outdoor areas feel so homey and welcoming!

0 Diagonal has just finished! We are really pleased that the streets feel so pedestrian friendly and neighborly and the open space is so beautiful. Stay tuned for part two!

27 Pine is nearing completion! This project will provide 13 new homes to people on the upper floors, and will be the home of our new ground floor office shortly.
