SNOW LION MORNING MEDITATION

Monday - Friday 7 am - 7:30 am at room 210. Beginning Monday October 28th

Please make sure to come between 6:55 am - 7 am (we will start exactly at 7 am and no one will be allowed in after 7 am).
After reciting a short chanting and giving basic instructions for meditation, we will meditate for 30 minutes.

Bring your own cushion.

Please take off your shoes at the door.
