Reports can be presented in a variety of graphical options, and can be imported into Excel, Word or PDF for further exploration.

We had an incredible time at the ANCOR American Network of Community Options and Resources Connect Conference! It was a joy to reconnect with longtime friends and customers, and to make so many new connections along the way.

A special highlight was spending time with the amazing team from Keystone Human Services — proud CaraSolva partners for many years. They shared how they’re using technology (including MedSupport!) and data analytics to empower independence and support community-based living across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Meet the CaraSolva team: Geoff Cooper, CEO, President, and Founder

Geoff has a passion for improving medications management and health outcomes. He was CIO for ten years at Sunrise Medical, a global manufacturer of Home Medical Equipment. Geoff has also held roles as VP of IT at Access Graphics, Director of IT at InfoNow, and Director of IT at Exabyte. He started his career in IT with Unisys Corporation in Glasgow, Scotland, and worked in IT management for Unisys in Detroit and Boulder. Geoff served on the University of Colorado Business School IT Advisory Board and for one semester taught a Technology and Privacy class at the Leeds Business School. He is a past President of the Colorado Chapter of the Society of Information Management (SIM) and was previously named to the CIO magazine High Performance 100. Geoff obtained a BS degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Meet the CaraSolva Team: Chris Baumgart, Customer Support Specialist

Chris joined the CaraSolva team in July 2022, and is responsible for client training, customer care, and technical support. Chris has been a part of the intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) field for more than two decades, serving in various roles including assistive technology support, adult foster care, direct care, and administrative roles. Chris recently completed a web development program from the University of Denver, expanding his knowledge and increasing his value to the CaraSolva team. In his spare time, Chris enjoys drumming, singing, and audio book narration.

Meet the CaraSolva Team: Scott Simpson, Chief Technology Officer

Scott worked for three years as Chief Technology Officer for MedCere, a provider of physician practice management software. The MedCere product was delivered as a Software-as-a-Service offering using the Microsoft.Net architecture. Prior to MedCere Scott worked as the Director of Programming for the national grocery chain Wild Oats. He also successfully founded and exited a Florida-based practice management software company for the legal industry which had over 100 employees. Scott is a proud Air Force veteran with a degree in Applied Mathematics.
