Getting some Christmas wiggles out for the kids and dogs. Light sabers were added for some extra holiday cheer in this unseasonably warm weather in Montana. Walking around to see the lights in the neighborhood is fun this time of year but ultimately our penguins are our faves 🐧.

My models are always real women looking fabulous in my clothes. I am always so honored that friends like Krista help me out. It is way more fun to show off how cute things are on a friend annnnd it is always fun to make the videos.

I think AI can be an incredible tool for concepts, art direction guidance etc. But when Bozemans favorite holiday tradition and its annual poster design contest are won by someone in Virginia who used what I think is definitely AI it is incredibly discouraging. I had sketched out ideas for the poster this year but I didn’t have the time to do them (especially since I need to make money from clients and a biz that pays) and I am so glad I didn’t commit the time to finishing one of my designs since this is what was ultimately selected.

The thing about being an artist is we are intentional with everything. As a designer who also creates digitally I go to great lengths to make my designs have the intentionality of every stroke and there are just soooo many parts that are not in this. What do you think???

I always love getting photos and videos of my art and apparel in the wild! It makes my day and keeps me going through the moments that of doubt that I have about being an artist for a living. Do you have any from your trips and travels?? I want to see!

We can prove we are owners but Godaddy won’t let us have our domain name back and do ya no income for a fam of 4 in the time when we are usually starting to make the money to survive through the winter is so stressful. We may not even get it back. They may try to sell our domain name at an outrageous price and then…ya my business might be done. I just don’t know. Trying not to freak out.
