Your brain doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what’s repeated.

So if you keep rehearsing fear, it builds a life & reality around that.  If you start feeling your future as real with new heightened emotions, it begins organizing around that instead.

This isn’t motivation. It’s conditioning.  It’s taking control of your destiny.

The version of you that has what you want already feels different.

Your job is to practice that feeling until it becomes normal.  So your nervous system can receive it & experience it in frequency.
